Soft Clothing Jeans Review and Giveaway

You've probably heard me complain that my 4 year-old, Bear, is constantly taking off his clothes. Part of that might be just being a little boy, but another part of that is the sensory issues that he has. So, when I heard about SoftTM Clothing, I was definitely interested.

Soft was created and developed by a Special Education teacher/graphic designer from Brooklyn, who partnered with a Chicago mom/entrepreneur and caring family member to a child with Autism.

Soft provides comfort and style for all children. After conducting over two years of in-depth market research, the company learned a lot about what parents want and what children like. Soft has incorporated that feedback to create stylish and comfortable clothes for the people who need it most: More than 1 in 150 children have sensory needs that are largely unmet by the children's apparel market today.

They have tops, bottoms, dresses, and even socks, in sizes 4-12.  Bear has a Soft Sensory Tee and we were sent a pair of their new Soft Jeans for the purpose of this review.  He is happy with them and seems to be able to keep them on without irritation.

Soft "Jeans": Finally, a pair of jeans that truly feels like a pair of sweats or pajamas! We found a way to knit our "soft denim" in french terry with indigo blue and gold topstitching--no seams, pockets, zips or buttons to bug you. All the style of jeans with none of the drama. In a classic straight leg cut.

You can shop for Soft Jeans and other Soft Clothing products HERE.  Or, you can win a pair for your child by entering this giveaway!

Please leave a separate comment for each entry. If your email is not visible in your profile, please leave it with your first entry.

Mandatory entry: See Soft's sizing chart and tell me what size you would order if you won.

My 3.5 year old son Li has sensory defensiveness disorder and possible autism. Getting him dressed is often times a nightmare because he freaks out about certain fabrics. I think the softclothing would really help our dressing battles. He wears a small XS.

I'd order the XXL Boys and donate them to one of my friends who has boys on the spectrum. While my son's not autistic, he HATED jeans all through gradeschool. I bought him all kinds of drawstring, soft pants, and kids sometimes called him Pajama Boy, but he didn't care. Until middle school. This is a great idea.

This almost made me cry. My son is so there with the autism and sensory - to the point of vomiting if avocado gets too close to him. I love this!

He's a medium.

Oh boy oh boy...

My son has MAJOR SPD across the board, along with ASD &...well, those are the relevant bits. I've been coveting SoftClothing for him for ages -- especially a pair of their "jeans", since he's starting to prefer the look of them and request them, but he finds them too uncomfortable to keep on for long, and then that triggers....yeah, anyway -- except we haven't been in the position to buy any. So you can bet I'm thrilled with the chance to win a pair.

A pair that would be a size Small. :-)
