Ha! I hate when I talk to myself in public...without kids...so embarrassing!

Fear of ketchup? What are you doing to those kids???

LMAO Wonderful PINT post!! I'm one of those 'talking to myself' types, too, so you're not alone!! xD Still trying to decide what I want to do for my own notes this week...eh. I'll get there eventually! =) Have a good day!!

Loved this post. I came to vote for Mason and laughed at the note about talking to yourself in public, the clutter queen, heck...the whole thing was funny!!!! Thanks for the chuckle from one of my very favorite bloggers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was certain you were talking to ME!

Sure you can please everyone - half when they stay in your life, half when they leave. At least that's how looking at it keeps me from going crazy. And scared of ketchup - how do they eat scrambled eggs? Yep, we're all crazy in our own little way aren't we? And I totally said that all out loud...here, alone, by myself.

There was nothing wrong with talking to yourself...until it became a two-sided conversation. LOL And no, you cannot please everyone and it's really not worth the effort to try.

Get Out Of My Head Shell!! Okay, actually, DON'T. Stay in there and keep writing exactly what I'm thinking.

I'm crazy right along with ya..so don't worry...there's always more then one person mumbling to themselves at the same time...lol

I"m with Leiah on the ketchup and eggs thing. Afraid of ketchup?

And I can send you a picture of my apartment if it would make you feel better about your clutter. I don't even have kids and it looks like a bomb went off.

Trying to please everyone is an effort in futility. It never works. I thought talking to myself was something that came with the territory of being a mom. I'm sure my kids just assume I'm crazy.
Way to go Mason!

Totally hilarious girl! You are too funny...I talk to myself all the time!

I definitely think Will thinks I am crazy..sometimes he will repeat the things I am talking to myself about...confusing..I know.

Keeping my fingers crossed for Mason!

Don't try to please everyone. If they don't like who you are, then it's their loss.

I talk to myself all the time when I'm grocery shopping. I need to bring my iPod or something so people stop giving me crazy looks!

You crack me up! I talk to myself too, it's the answering I understand we have to be afraid of. I've been working on the thicker skin too, it's hard to have things bounce off when we are so transparent.
Have fun organizing! I'm a clutter Queen too.

I agree with the whole opinion thing. At work, I've learned to not say anything unless someone else speaks to me first. There's no reason to let people in, especially when they could be trying to use things against you. So, I'm polite, and answer questions simply if I'm asked. Otherwise, I chill with my work and my iPod. :)

I had regular conversations with myself, sometimes they are the best conversations of the day :)

I too had a no clutter rule when we moved to our new house.. and you know it is much easier to start off right then get it right later (as I stare at the one counter who's view is often blocked by the fridge that has about a foot of clutter on it)

I'm not nearly as concerned about your habit of talking to yourself as I am about your fear of ketchup.

I mean, granted it probably has a mess of preservatives and other fun crap in there, but it makes french fries dance in your mouth.

How is that scary?

When you get the thicker skin, can you send some my way? And no, I am also not talking about extra body flab.

Also, if you find the secret to the de-cluttering, whisper it to me.

Or even better yet, someone to de-clutter for you, when you're done, point em in my direction.

Great notes. Thanks for brightening my day.
